Building The Fursuit
The long awaited! Lots of Boomer’s buddies, and people off the street, have asked how my Dog costume was built, well here it is, behind the scenes of what makes the Dog. I think it would be great if you build one too, and do a video and let me know what you look like as a paper Dog or other animal!

People? ask all of the time how the costume was made, and finally I got the video done about it. Thanks for watching!
Boomer
@AdamLore Thank you, I hope that it helps someone else to make the? Doggy or other animal of their dreams.

@wildbilltexas
That’s true, I might get a singe..
I could go somewhere and have? flame retardant applied somewhere I guess. I did go out for Halloween a few years ago and had to watch for candles in people’s lawn decorations.

It’s not really that hard to do either, maybe look at pictures of the kind of Doggie you? want to be, and think how to do it, draw a design up maybe. You could add a muzzle and a tail, maybe make the muzzle from an old water jug like my friend did. Mine just kind of came together after thinking about it for a while.
@fuckoverload
Hi, sorry for? not barking back sooner, woof!

@cutefoxie
Wow thanks! Yeah? it’s my $7 fursuit..
Paper isn’t as durable as other kinds of fur, that’s for sure, and I have to really watch to not go out in the rain or when it’s wet outside. It’s actually been a stronger suit than I thought it would be, and when I ‘shed’ fur, it’s easy to just glue more on to repair it! It’s so cool that you want to change your name to Fox, like I want to be Dog. I hope that you can do it, and let me know how it goes. If I can help, let me know.
@pianodavy
I’ve been thinking about some kind of yarn, like I’ve seen Chinese lion dance costumes made out of. Yarn should be okay with the glue too. Foot pads are usually different than hand paws, though some suits try to make them look similar. I like very real looking front paws that aren’t as hand-like. Most Fur’s suits are made from fake fur fabric on sculpted foam, that’s the most popular way, and it’s hot inside. Maybe I’ll try with black and white plastic trash? bags! Boomer.
Okey, Boomer – did you consider also other materials for the fur and would it work using the glue method? Also, do you have an idea for paw pods – there would have to be a difference for the feet and hands, right? What do other furrys also use for fur? What is the most popular way of doing fur? What was the most interesting material you have seen used? It’s hot in the furry character, right?? I think you did a great job explaining your construction technique, by the way.
You are totally AWSOME!!!I really admire your creativeness!I would of thought though,you would of used something more durable than paper because the strips can be torn off.Unless its really strong? paper.I really admire you for wanting to change your name to a animal.I do to!I want to change my name legally to Fox!Dont stop going for what you want!Im rooting for you!
We love? you Boomer!!!
Cool!?
