We have a one year old boxer that we had since she was a 9 week old pup. (That is her in the pic except she is older now…lol). The whole family just loves her, she is a great dog. Question by English Cowgirl: How can I get to bond with my new dog and get her to trust me?
I adopted a 3 year old Golden Retriever cross (the mix is unknown) and she was found as a stray ot in the snow. I picked her because she was so gentle and nice. She was REALLY good natured, not hyper at all, and she was very patient. I took her out of her cage, and bent down to pet her, she just rolled over and wanted a belly rub, and right then and there I knew she was the one.
