May 19, 2013 10am Registration to 4pm Admission: for initial pet, each additional to walk… join the festivities at the park all day for free Benefiting: Woodbridge Animal Shelter and Pet Adoption Center Come out for a day of fun, food, music, contests, rafffles, prizes and more all to benefit the homeless animals of the Woodbridge Animal Shelter. Collect pledges, be a sponsor, be a vendor and rescues/shelters are welcome free of charge! Based on our success last year we have relocated to a bigger venue so hope to see you there!

Question by Stephanie C: How much is a fair market value for a show quality british shorthair kitten?
I’m looking to adopt a cat to receive my loving care and to keep my current cat snuffles company while i’m at work. a breeder has graciously offered to let me home one of her kittens, which is being groomed for show on condition that it be neutered at the appropriate age. her parents are both champions and are registered breeding cats. this is important to me because i live in a country where living conditions are not so good and would rather take in a cat with a traceable lineage rather than buying from just any vendor. a year of health insurance is also covered.

2nd Annual Furry Pet Fair

We invite animal lovers of all ages to celebrate this wonderful day with us, said Lisa Jenkins, Senior Animal Safety Officer. This event will showcase a variety of vendors from many rescue organizations and animal services, K-9 demonstrations, and much, much more. Food truck vendors will also be available for hungry attendees with plenty of parking at the parking structure located at the corner of Third Street and “B” Street.
One of the main highlights of this event is the low cost rabies vaccination clinic. The cost for a rabies vaccination is (cash only) for cats and dogs.
