Spring Donation Festival

Kids Adopt A Shelter, a kids and family animal rescue support group, was founded in December 2011 by the now 13 year old actor Sean Martin, a Massapequa and Town of Oyster Bay resident. His idea has blossomed into a worldwide initiative. He has overseen the donation of thousands of dollars in food and accessories to our local shelters. 23rd Annual Holiday Wine and Art Festival

The Resort at The Mountain invites the community to get into the holiday spirit with a celebration of regional wine and art. Northwest artists will join local wineries at the two-day festival to benefit the Oregon Humane Society.
Participating wineries include Noble Estate Vineyard and Winery, Oak Knoll Winery, Pheasant Valley Winery, King’s Raven Winery and Naked Winery. Local artists from Terry Power Recycled Art, Steve Ludeman Art, and A Gathering of Spirits, will be on-hand with a variety of sculptures, watercolor paintings, photographs, ceramics and more. The artists will each donate a piece for a raffle, with all proceeds benefiting the Oregon Humane Society.

We took Tanner (19 weeks) to see all the other Berners in the Maifest Spring Festival Parade in Leavenworth, WA. There were Berners everywhere. Lots of people, good food and beer. Good times.
