Question by ~An Everyday Cliche~: here’s some of my other stuffs— not a re-post! :) ?
Walking through the park, it hit me… The oddest feeling that something—and I wasn’t sure what—but it was something, and it was coming.
My thoughts, full and vivid, I wasn’t paying much attention to anything—I rarely did. So, walking with Ashlyn, my best friend—almost sister,— I felt perfectly at ease. Straight minded Ashlyn always kept everything under control. As far as I can recall.
“Ivy,” her voice hissed, cutting through the haze in my mind, pulling me back to the current.
“Yes…?” I asked, my voice slightly slurred with the lazy relaxation that was, undoubtedly a part of me. Looking up, I studied her golden tanned face. Her sharply beautiful features were arranged in… Continue reading this item... | 1 Comment

Question by Greek God AKA Greekman: Curious about a few things and how some people feel!!?
When training a dog yourself or having one trained by a trainer, do the results matter more then the methods used to achieve your objective, providing of course that you get the results you expect?
Are you quick to dismiss methods simply because of how they sound and not because you have actually experienced them yourself?

Are the results of a method worth the end product, even if you dont agree with the how they were obtained?
When you make statements such as “not fair” or “cruel”, are you thinking of how you feel or how the dog does?
Finally, are you able to answer without emotions and using strictly your head and intellect when it comes… Continue reading this item... | 24 Comments

Question by Britches: My dog has diarrhea (she ate some too rich food)… what now?
BASICALLY… my pup has diarrhea (we went to a “fair” yesterday, and someone fed her a turkey leg w/ skin on it while I wasn’t looking, which I’m positive is causing it). Anyway, should I go ahead and feed her regular food to her like normal, or should I feed her something different?

Thanks!
Everyone who’s given a good answer so far- thanks. She didn’t get the bone, she only ate most of the skin before I noticed and took it away from her. I will have to give the pumpkin a try.

And Bobbie- you can f-u-c-k off. I didn’t ask for a lecture, I just asked what to do for my dog. It really irritates… Continue reading this item... | 7 Comments

What do you think? Answer below!

Question by Give Someone A Hug Today: What’s the reason why some people “show” their cat(s)? Do you think their owners have self-image problems?
They lock them in cages and give them rewards for “looking good”? The owners get excited about the fact that their cat looks good…. sad. We just adopted a cat from the shelter. She is not “physically” pretty by all means, but she is the SWEETEST cat I’ve ever come across and that is why we love her so very much! =)

So what’s the point of putting a cat in a show? The cats don’t know they won! lol It just sounds silly. I think ALL cats are beautiful… FIV positive, sick, scraggly, skittish, shy, stressed… they are ALL beautiful on the INSIDE and that is… Continue reading this item... | 1 Comment

Question by She Hulk Smish: I’d like to let my cat out for some sunshine and fresh air?
Besides letting him run free or putting a harness on him, is there a good way to do this.
I have seen something called a “cat walk” which is a mesh tunnel type apparatus but cha-ching $ $ $ .
How do you let your kitty out without letting him out-out?
Thanks!
